About Our Returns and Refund Policies

SkyrosSports.com™ and Skyros Sports™ store at Doral offer returns for items within 30 days. The 30 days begin to be counted depending on whether the customer purchased online, an authorized kiosk or at the store located in Doral, Florida. In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Skyros Sports retail store and shipped from SkyrosSports.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

No cash refund. The returns are taken as store Credit (items purchased from Skyros Sports retail store) or Balance (items purchased from SkyrosSports.com or their subdomains).

- Regular Price Items:
Regular price items can be returned for an Exchange or Store Credit ONLY.
Upon Return, original receipt or gift receipt must be presented.
Returned items will not be accepted without the original manufacturer's box or packaging as well as add any accessories, certificates of authenticity and the user or operation manual (if applicable).
Returned items will not be accepted if not in good condition.

- Sale items, Promotional items are FINAL SALE and can not be exchanged or returned.

SkyrosSports.com Return Policy

Items shipped from SkyrosSports.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of domestic shipment in most cases. The customer has to fill an online application form and wait for our response before send the items back. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Returns only apply in U. S. territories.

Skyros Sports will always determined which postal company or freight services company it'll use to return every order. Your return label will require you to return the item for free for the first time. The return label only works for domestic shipments, Not International. The label will send to you by email after you do a return request. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Skyros Sports retail Store Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt date. You must present the purchase receipt or invoice in good condition. You must present the payment method used when it is other than cash. Exchanges apply only for store available products. No cash refund. Once the item is received at our store and verified for employee, it takes up to 2 business days for create a store credit for customer. The credit could be use until 365 consecutive days after return process.

Third party seller Return Policy

When you or us order from a seller (Special order) that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of SkyrosSports.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to SkyrosSports.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller after you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the seller profile page.

Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may send an email to seek help with your return.

If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under this return statement.

Skyros Sports Warehouse or store
Products Fulfilled by Skyros Sports qualify for free return shipping only If the item detail page includes "Free Returns" messaging, the product is eligible for free return shipping.

If your return is not a result of an Skyros Sports error, We won't refund the original shipping fees.

Clothing and Accessories
You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Free Returns are available for select clothing. You'll see "Free Returns" messaging on the detail page for items that qualify.

Collectibles (sports)
You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

Electronics devices
New watches, GPS, earphones from SkyrosSports.com that didn't turn on when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

SkyrosSports.com may test electronics devices that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

Any returned watches, GPS or earphones that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Digital Products
Unless otherwise specified, games, apps, software downloads, e-books and purchases from the Skyros Sports website are not returnable after purchase.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).
All gift certificates or gift cards are valid for 1 year (365 continuous days) from the time they are purchased or issued as store credit.

Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Skyros Sports.
Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Sunglasses and Watches
Sunglasses and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
Free Returns are available for many Sunglasses items. You will see "Free Returns" messaging on the detail page for items that qualify.

Nutritional products
Supplements items (including drinks or drink mix, waffles, protein bars, gels, chews) are not returnable to Skyros Sports.

Software, App and Video Games
Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software, Apps or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.

The Skyros™ products
We are proud of the products of the brand Skyros™. If you don't love them, we're happy to give you a full refund up to 365 days after you receive the product(s). No apply for purchases outside of the United states of America.

Conditions applicable to any return:

  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.

We recommend, before shipping a return, photograph the item(s) for your records.

Refund terms

Only in applicable cases, refund processing with our payment gateway usually takes between 2 to 7 business days.

Once the refund is processed and sent to the bank that issued the credit card used in an order, it may take 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speed) for the refund to appear in your customer's account. In total, it may take 9-14 days for your customer to receive a refund.

Store Credit

Store Credits are Non-transferable and may be linked to a valid ID. Registration may be required to active. Where registration is required, the same valid driver's license or goverment-issued photo identification must be presented to register and redeem. Card and same valid ID may be required for redemption. Check Balance & Redeem In-store only; Not online. Store credit is valid for the purchase of merchandise or services at Skyros Sports Store in US. Store Credit is not a credit/debit card and not redeemable for cash or credit unless required by law. Store Credit cannot be applied as payment for any credit or gift card.

TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE

Visit Skyros Sports Store and present your Store Credit card to any cashier. Lost or stolen Store Credits will not be replaced. The Skyros Sports has sole discretion to desactive or reject Store Credit if fraud is suspected. Store Credit value in U.S. Dollars.
