Shipping & Pickup Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We use USPS and UPS parcel services for all U.S. (domestic) and international shipments. We do not ship to PO Boxes. You can also pick up your packages at our retail store in Doral, Florida.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We process all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders with customized clothing will add 3 extra days. Once processed and dropped off to the most convenient delivery service, shipping times will depend on the type of shipment chosen at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipments only available for Skyros™ brand's products. You may have to pay extra fees or custom taxes, and/or commissions to pick up your package(s). 
How can I authorize a third party to pick up my purchases?
You must send us an email to support@SkyrosSports.com with:
The order numbers to be picked up by a third party. A photo (front only) of the card used to process the order(s). An image of an identity document with photo of the cardholder. The name must match the person who registered at SkyrosSports.com. Finally, Full name of the person authorized to pick up.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accepts majors Credits like Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club and US issued Debit cards. Also Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. In some circumstances We accept money transfer by Zelle.
DO I BUY NOW AND PAY LATER?
Yes, You do. When you choose Shop Pay at checkout, you can split your purchase into flexible installment payments. Learn more here

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No. You'll be able to buy as a Guest. However, you will need to provide us with minimum contact information in order to process your order/payment including your email.

ARE RETURNS FOR FREE?
Returns are free as long as the shipment departs from any U.S. territory (Continental) and the return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, We'll generate a store credit or GiftCard for future purchases once your return is completed. Certain conditions apply. View our Refund and return policy.
